Refund Policy

In short: you can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. New plans can be refunded in full within 14 days. The setup service can be refunded in full until we start working on your site.

1. Cancelling a plan

You can cancel your plan at any time under "Manage billing" in the portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you have paid for, and is not renewed after that. Your sites keep running until then.

2. Refunds for plans

  • First 14 days: if you are not happy with a new plan, email us within 14 days of its first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies once per account and kind of plan (static or WordPress).
  • After that: payments are not refunded for the rest of the month or year, including when you cancel part-way through a period.
  • Yearly renewals: if a yearly plan renews and you did not mean to keep it, email us within 14 days of the renewal and we will refund it in full and cancel the plan.
  • Changing plans: when you move to a larger plan, you pay the difference for the rest of the period right away. When you move to a smaller plan, the difference is credited to your next invoices; it is not paid out.

3. Refunds for the setup service

  • You can get a full refund until we start working on your site.
  • Once we have started, the fee is not refundable. If something is not as you asked, tell us within 14 days of when we finish and we will correct it.
  • If we cannot set up your site, or have not done so within 14 days of receiving your setup form for reasons on our side, you can ask for a full refund.

4. If we stop or suspend the service

If we stop offering the services, or close your account without you having broken our Terms of Service, we refund any prepaid time you have not used. Accounts closed for breaking the terms are not refunded.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email support@nodan.net from the email address of your account, and tell us which plan or setup order the refund is for. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days of when we issue them, depending on your bank.

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster.
